"The whole floor's broken?" Cloud groaned, obviously aggrivated. Kunsel nodded, "Yeah- seems that way. So unless you plan on sleeping te whole night like your on a desert island- I'd bunk with someone else on a lower floor or a higher one." he explained. The blonde sighed, nodding as Kunsel went to spread the news. The whole floor's AC had broken and it wouldn't be fixed until the next morning. Cloud HATED THE HEAT- he couldn't stand it.

"This sucks."

"What sucks?"

Cloud turned to face a older man's figure. His name was Zack and he was Cloud's friend- raven colored hair and bright mako eyes since he had been infused with the subtsance. The blonde sighed again, "Well... the whole floor's AC has been screwed over and now its screwed up. "

Zack laughed, "That won't be cool~! Well- if you got a problem with one night in the heat- I'll let you bunk with me for tonight!"

Cloud jumped in suprise, "Wait... WHAT?!"

Zack ruffeled the younger's hair with his gloved hand, "Oh com'on~ It'll be fun. Plus- I know you have a rivalry with heat."

Cloud sighed again, "Okay okay fine."

Cloud hated this almost as much as he hated the heat. Once he had arrived at zack's room, he was left to figure out Zack had a little plan where Cloud would get so cold he would have to cling to the only thing in the room eminating heat. HIM.

Cloud would have thought his plan cleaver- but he refused to do it. He refused! The blonde was now cuddeled up in a small ball next to Zack, who was facing the other way and was asleep. Cloud was tempted to hug Zack just for the warmth he gave- but his ego refused to make him do such a thing.

Cloud turned around where Zack was laying on his back with two arms crossed behind his head and he pretended to snore and pressed up to him. Warmth shivered up into Cloud's body as he made contact with Zack, glad that his ego let him survive.

Zack- he had been awake the whole time- smiled and let his right arm down to lay around Cloud's shoulder. The younger blonde blinked, looking up to a smiling raven. "I did this on purpose you know."

"Yeah... I'm aware..."

"Really?" Zack asked, using his fingers to pull slightly at the blonde's bangs that hung at his eyes. Cloud used his breath to blow at the annoying clumps of hair away from his eyes to see Zack. Cloud nodded, "Yeah...." he mummbeled, slowly falling asleep now that the tempeture was perfect. Zack smiled, pulling cloud into his side and watching Cloud's fall off into another world. While Cloud dreamed up happiness- Zack was making it happen.

Zack pressed a soft kiss to Cloud's forehead and pulled up another blanket on Cloud as a small reward for following his plans. As Cloud slowly twisted, someone walked into Zack's room.

"Crap- fine- You win, Pup." Angeal said, Kunsel comming in after him. Kunsel sighed, "I admit it Zack- You've got some gooooooood plans. 1st class have it nice, Man."

Zack grinned, "So- I get 200 gil and the one I love! Pay up you two!" he grinned, kissing Cloud's forehead again. Angeal and Kunsel sighed in usion, paying up.
